After Sales Training Manager

The Training Manager will be responsible for developing technical & non-technical qualification programs for After Sales. His/her goal is to manage qualification KPIs and matrix, being responsible for conducting training sessions for new products launch events and developing PBR Training Center activities and managing training assets.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Tasks

Training Delivery and Certification

  • Maintain the required level of technical expertise by participating in PAG training for trainers;
  • Perform Technical Training to Dealer Technicians;
  • Manage/supervise ILT (Instructor Lead Training);
  • Offer technical training to service advisors;
  • ZPT (Certified Porsche Technician) program management: Target/ Training/ Test/ Certificate;
  • High Voltage Qualification Management and Certification (HVE/HVT);
  • Overall responsibility for achieving technical training targets and KPIs;
  • Deliver certification for service advisors through PGCS (Porsche Global Certification System);
  • Manage After Sales Non-Technical training to ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.


Training Management

  • Assess the knowledge level of the Dealer After Sales Strategic Team, identify training needs, and define short-, mid-, and long-term individual training plans;
  • Organization of annual training plan (budget, venue, invitation, participants checking) and reporting;
  • Maintain AS staffs' training history and results;
  • Plan and ensure availability of training facility and required training vehicles;
  • Develop and manage training material (literature, systems, etc.) incl. procurement and maintenance;
  • Attendance of PAG Train the Trainer seminars and International Training Conference.


LMS/CMS Management (PPN Support)

  • Management of PPN users and certificates of After Sales personnel;
  • Support & solve functional PPN problems (operational topics);
  • Training Database and reports analysis
  • Web based training (WBT): Learning Path management for all affected AS personnel;
  • Manage Global Learning Patch content and ensure up to date methodology;
  • Create and adapt training materials, workbooks and manual translations;
  • Train the local trainers to support PBR certification strategy.


Translation and Proofreading of Documents and Information

  • Proofread the Driver's Manual, manage printing of the Brazilian version and supply to VPC;
  • Provide translation and proofreading support for PPN content, both for PAG and the agency;
  • Translate and proofread training materials, including WBT and Theory Test questionnaires;
  • Proofread service information materials.



Requisitos e qualificações

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related areas);
  • Automotive Technical Training, Training Organization, High Voltage Expert (HVE).

Experience

  • 5 years working experience in Technical Training related fields;
  • Sound knowledge and proven experience in the Automotive Industry (Manufacture Industry knowledge preferred);
  • Body & Repair experience is desirable (with aluminum expertise).


Competencies and skills

  • Solid analytical capacity;
  • Structured working method with attention to organization and documentation;
  • Clear and confident communications skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to conduct public presentations;
  • Strong “car culture” and automotive knowledge;
  • Fluency in English language is required.
