As a key member of the sales department, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of the overall sales strategy and ensuring its implementation at various levels. Acting as the main point of contact for the dealer network, this role ensures the achievement of sales targets, developing specific strategies/plans when necessary. The Regional Sales Manager also ensures adherence to recommended sales processes within the dealer network, aiming to provide a consistent and high-quality customer experience. To fulfill these responsibilities, the role involves close collaboration with the Marketing, CRM, and Business Development teams.

Tasks
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy for the main business fields, such as new cars sales and pre-owned car sales, to help maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as Principals, Sales Directors, and PAG Management level partners to enhance collaboration, promote effective decision-making and facilitate strategic alignment.
- Continuously review and improve the sales process, resulting in efficiency and effectiveness to enable a smooth sales operation that maximizes opportunities and minimizes friction throughout the sales journey.
- Engage actively with dealerships and participate in dealer events, establishing a strong presence in the field to foster strong relationships and provide opportunities to understand market dynamics.
- Establish a systematic framework, tracking and evaluating the performance of dealer sales operations on a regular basis to help drive continuous improvement in sales operations to achieve business objectives
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, promoting a high-performance culture and supporting individual development.
Requisitos e qualificações
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing and/or Business is desirable.
Experience
- +10 years working experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or premium goods industry.
Competencies and skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of the premium automotive segment and market dynamics.
- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and importation processes.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer lifecycle management.
- Availability for business travels – 50% to 60%
